State League Reserve/A1 Squad - Pre Season Training
The girls have endured several strength sessions at Fit for Success on a series of Thursday nights and by the look of these photos - it hasn't been easy!
On the weekend of March 5-6, the State League Reserve Squad went to Clayton Bay for a training camp. The girls participated in a range of activities including paintball skirmish, orienteering, mountain bike riding, abseiling and of course netball. Not to mention the odd beverage here and there. Below are some photos from the weekend.
Seniors Squad - Pre Season Training
The State League Reserve/A1 girls are not the only ones working hard during pre-season. John Flanagan is leading the Seniors Squad through an equally as tough pre-season training schedule.
The Seniors Squad have also had to endure a gruelling time at Challenge Hill, accompanied by the Inters Squad. Good to see the President getting in on the fun too - way to go Lee!
